HELP!!!

for 3 weeks straight I ate healthy and excersied with little weight loss. Then i get sick and dont excersize and now i've lost 5 lbs? I dont know what the deal is. is my body in shock from eating out and not excersizing while i was pregnant to all the sudden eating healthy and excersizing? Am i excersizing to much? any opinions would be greatly appriciated

Your weight loss isn't linear, so you can lose some pounds one week and no pounds another week. Also, what kind of exercise do you do? I know when I lift weights I tend to hold on to water. My guess is it is water weight for the most part.0

You could be retaining water from your exercise or undereating or underestimating your portions or any number of other things. I don't think it's possible to give specific advice without knowing more about your routine.0

I already told you that you were exercising too much. You're making too large of a deficit for yourself. You can't sustain on a 500-600 calorie net.0

I have been exercising more and staying within my calorie range, but haven't lost any weight. BUT I have noticed that my clothes are fitting differently. So I consider it a win! Have you noticed anything like that?0
