Weekends

Does anyone have any helpful hints or tips how to keep healthy-eating momentum going over the weekends? I do so well during the week but usually fall off the "diet wagon" when the weekend comes around. I'm a stress AND boredom eater so I'm constantly fighting the urges to over-eat and grab the sweets.

Could you maybe find a hobby to start on? The past few months I've taken up 2 new hobbies and working out regularly, with work, uni and homework on top of that I never find enough time to get bored!

I think it was meant to be Evey_bee because I've been toying with the idea of starting a hobby to preoccupy my mind to help keep it from thinking about eating. Now to figure out a hobby. :-)

I work out each morning of the weekend for 1 /2 - 2 hours. That way I have more calories to indulge a bit, but knowing that I already put in all that hard work keeps me from really going overboard. Also with sore legs, it's not as easy to keep walking to the kitchen!
