it's good too with the little individual instant coffee packets --they mix well w/o having to make the coffee and have a little more punch to them.0

Isn't that the one from Chocolate Covered Katie?
Although I'd love some advice. I've been wanting to make this but tinned pumpkins REALLY aren't a thing in the UK and I can't find them anywhere. Any idea what kind of thing I could substitute?0 -

That sounds awesome though there has never been such a thing as fat free cream of any sort here in Australia. Even the low fat ones are still very fatty I can't even get the lower calorie coconut milk anymore because the American company stopped sending it here due to labelling laws. All I can get is canned coconut milk.0

I imagine any sort of pureed squash would work. Maybe you could try buying some pureed pumpkin or squash baby food. It's pretty much the same thing, I suppose. Or, if you're really dedicated, buy a pumpkin and make your own puree. You can keep any leftovers in the freezer.0 -

I can't wait to get home and try this. The only thing I don't have is the whipped cream so going to try it without.
Thanks0 -
