Losing Weight with a Busy Schedule

Hello,
I have been on this site for over a year now, but I am just starting to get serious. A am a pre-med student with a full school schedule, a leader in my sorority that has 100 members, have at least four meetings a week, maintain a part-time job, volunteer, and am also involved in other activities on campus. It is really hard with my schedule to find time to exercise. Also, when I find time to eat, I usually end up gorging, because at that point I am exhausted and searching for comfort food. However, more than anything, I want to be healthy and feel more confident in my skin. To do so, I need to get fit.
If any of you have words of wisdom, or can relate to my busy schedule, please send me a friend request. I would love the help, support, and motivation.
Thank You!!

make "me-time" and stick to it.
being there for everyone else but never having enough time for your own needs will wear you down to below peak efficiency and do no one, least of all yourself, any good at all.
delegate - learn how to say the hardest of all words : viz, "No!"
final caution - if you think it is hectic now, wait until you start clinical. Get it under control, lest "IT" takes over control of you0
