Morning/afternoon/ evening or change it up..

When do u find your self working out?
Should u keep it the same each day if not why?

I do it morning fit better for me..walking when ever I get on the treadmill. Thinking about changing up the work out to after noon the next week..

Also looking for friends to keep me going as I want to keep the working out and walking up daily...

    i try to do 10000 steps, so i walk..i try to do it in morning , after my morning route.(i drive a school bus) its getting dark earlier now in evening, and its unlikely i"ll do anything outdoors in the dark. I do have a treadmill, if i have no other option, but so far the morning walk is working out
