Scales not moving but photos seem to show a difference!

I'm currently 150lb 5'2 and looking to lose about 20lbs or more if possible. I have started using my fitness pal on my iphone to tracj my calories and exercise. I have started walking, swimming, going to zumba and using my crosstrainer at home. After several attempts to lose weight, I always get bored, I am actually enjoying it this time. I have been working out and eating well for 2 weeks but the scales have not budged!! I took some photos before I started and took some again today to see had I lost any weight. Even though the scales aren't moving there does seem to be a tiny difference....??? I feel absolutely fantastic and I have loads more energy since I started exercising reguslarly.

    Your tummy looks flatter and your hips look narrower! Great job!
  • Definitely a difference. I'm in the same boat, my weight keeps going all over the place without losing.
