Love MFP!

I've been using this site for a few months, since cancelling my WW membership. I was looking for something inexpensive and that was more focused on the bigger picture—not just a points number! I've been learning about eating clean and getting all the nutrients and energy I need to be successful. MFP helps so much since I can see the protein, fiber, carbs, fat, and other nutrients of my diet daily! I also really love the community here—so much more interactive than WW. Love it!

I am a vegetarian, so would love to swap recipes or ideas for getting more protein. I also love ZUMBA, do it 3-4 times a week and sometimes at home (since I know so many routines by heart now, lol). Thinking about trying the 30 day shred, too!

Would love to have more friends on MFP and swap ideas, recipes, workouts, etc. ! :)
