Wrap or Sandwich?

For some reason wraps have a connotation of being healthier, but I heard rumors that the wrap itself is worse than a sandwich between whole wheat bread. Truth?

It depends on the bread and the wrap. I use LaTotilla Factory's Low Carb wraps. They are high in fiber. I also still use bread but only whole wheat. Depends on what you like and what your goals are.0 -
It depends but if you like wraps try using Flat Out Multi-grain with flax it is really good and only has 100 calories.0

They are right - it depends on the type of bread or type of wrap. However, if you want to bypass the issue in its entirety:
1. Substitute pita bread/pockets
2. Use something like Flat Out Multi-Grain or Flat-Out Mini
3. Substitute Lettuce for the bread (this is my favorite way to cut out calories, while still getting a sandwich)
4. Try an open face sandwich on a rice cake.0
