Seriously, my family lives on slow cooker meals! This week we had slow cooker lasagna, chicken fajitas, and baked potato soup - all low in calories and fat, very tasty and filling!

What's your favorite slow cooker meal?

    I had teriyaki chicken tonight, but my favorite so far is Crockingirls.com Fiesta Chicken.
