Week 20 - major milestone - more than 50 lb lost!

I could tell all week this was going to be an exceptionally good weigh-in because my daily weigh-ins were showing a noticeable weight loss each day.
I don't know why though. I can't think of anything in particular I was doing differently. Maybe it's because the last few weeks were just "so so" losses and my body switched into another mode finally? I'm not sure. I also felt infused with more energy this week. So maybe my exercise cycling runs had more punch to them. And I've increased my resistance training at home. All day long I feel like getting up and moving about.
Anyway...
This week I lost 1.8 kg (4 lb)! That's a total loss of 23.2 kg and it means I passed a major milestone of losing more than 50 lb. It's now a total of 51 lb lost.
Anyway, onward!

That's so great!! I definitely think that moving around a lot more is a main component of why you're losing weight and not noticing it. So motivating, nice work!0

Wow Doug, truly impressed!0

Thanks! I'm in some sort of a "positive feedback loop" now where the weight loss is giving me incentive and energy to continue and also do more exercise, which results in more weight loss. I hope it continues!
You're doing amazingly well too, topshopperwan!
