    Started my journey on MFP October 10, 2011. Next week is my 1 year anniversary!
    I'm 5' 5" and have lost 46 pounds to date. I pretty much hit goal in June and have been maintaining since.(not a small feat!)

    Alright, I can eat healthily and exercise today, tomorrow, and the next day now. Thank you! I'm also 5'5" and have been struggling to lose those last 15 lbs to get to 130-135 again. It is totally worth it though!
