Hi, have just restarted mfp, think I joined ages ago prior to moving to aus from the UK. Despite being a serial dieter on and off for years, today mapping my food has been a real eye opener. I have mainly calorie counted and watched the amount of fat in food previously, having the recommended nutritional goals shown is really good when trying to get the balance right (not having orange juice again in a hurry used most of my sugar allowance up).
