I don't know about others but I started off planning my food at the beginning of the day, that way I knew i'd be under my calories, instead of realising at lunch i'd has too much for the day already.
Now I track as I go because I have a better idea of what everything contains and I'm more in the habit of saying no to the fatty stuff.
Good luck in reaching your goal.0 -
At first, I too planned the day from the get go... sometimes things come up, but at least I knew what calories I was taking in. I found that if I didn't plan, that small thing here, and that small thing there, added up to a big difference in my calorie intake.0
