When to go back to working out after being sick?

2 days ago I woke up and felt sick, and I went to my school's clinic and was told that I had a virus. I'm feeling a lot better today though...I just have a dry cough and my lymph nodes are still swollen. Am I okay to go back to working out (lightly of course)?

If you really are feeling better I think it's ok as long as its very lightly done..but only if you feel a lot better otherwise you'll just set yourself back again. Better to have a few more days off from exercising rather than making yourself feel rubbish again.
Maybe just have a walk?0
