Hi all,
I am a beginner. I started running but hurt my leg so I had to stop for a while. It has been one week.
I also want to get rid of flad. But sometimes I feel like I am never going to be a success story. I need some inspiration!
I know some of you have accomplished amazing things! Do you mind telling me about them? Yes, I am asking you to brag about your accomplishments!
Thanks

As a beginner you need to start gently, walk for a bit then run for a bit till you are walking less and running more ....you can do it!
Are you following a healthier eating plan? How much do you want to lose?
Try to focus on WHY you want to do this, get healthier0
