    Hi.
    I'm from the Southampton area. I'm making some BIG changes .............. Joined MFP to lose 50lbs. Going to the gym to exercise for the first time in 20 years. Now on day 3 of no smoking after 25 years of smoking 20 - 30 a day. Cutting right back on caffeine. So if anyone thinks they can handle having a loony on their friends list then please feel free to add me.
