Exercise to help tone inner thighs, stomach & hips?

Hi Everyone,

I work out 4 times a week which includes dancing, yoga, bodypump (weights class) and bodycombat. Even though I do all these exercise classes I still don't feel like i'm making much progress with toning my inner thighs, stomach and hips.

Is there any exercise techniques I can do to focus on these areas that have shown to work?

    Can't spot reduce... Just have keep working out and eating in a deficit until the fat comes off those areas.

    You could try just plain lifting(instead of a weights class) and see if that helps.
  • Thanks for your reply. Thought it might have been as easy enough as do this and it will help lol did'nt realise you couldn't spot reduce :( I might give just free weights a try then.
