Hi! I started my weight loss in March, 2012. I have lost approximately 25 lbs so far. I have 180 more lbs to go. My husband is doing this with me and has lost over 50 lbs. I am so excited! I have started a facebook page and it helps. I have many friends on there that share my challenges and my accomplishments. I just recently started using MyFitness Pal. It is a great tool, but I don't like it very much sometimes. :wink: :wink: Especially when it makes me realize what stupid choices I have made. LOL MyFitness Pal is much easier than regular journaling like I used to do. They do all the brain work for me which gives me more time for exercise! Thank you to whoever designed My Fitness Pal. :flowerforyou:
