I thought of this after reading the thread about going to school after 40.

I discovered this site a month ago called Coursera; it's one of a few that offer totally free college courses online. I signed up for a sweet little Design course that starts this month. You get a certificate upon completion, too, so it's definitely something that could shine up your resume a bit. Plus the programs are donated by major universities. Check it out. :)
