Where have these things been for the first 30 years of my life?!?!?!
Organic milled flax seed, raw sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds all seem to take the cake for me right now. Turns out, I have a magnesium deficiency and after eating these guys in various serving sizes (and supplementing) I am feeling FABULOUS!
Anyone else finding that eating seeds is helping them feel better and relax better?

I have always like sunflower seeds, but since I started on my latest weight loss journey (hoping this will be a lifestyle change for good!), I have discovered pumpkin seeds. They are my favorite! I eat them in 1/2 oz portions, usually twice a day. I really feel like I am getting something when I eat them.0

I am so totally with you! I crave them. I mix me up a big batch of sunflower, flax, pumpkin seeds, hemp and chia. Sometimes I add cherries and cranberries to the mix. yummy and filling.0
