Still gaining weight, even after Insanity and Running

Please help.. I am working out to Insanity (week 3 already), Running in the morning before getting ready for work, watching what i eat and portion control and i am gaining weight. Please help does anyone have any recommendations. Its very irritating. I have no idea what else i could do.

    Open your diary and we will help. Chances are, you're eating too little. You can't lose fat AND build muscle. So which are you trying to do?
