Determined to Lose It and Keep it Off

I've probably lost 200-300 lbs over the last 10 years yo-yoing up and down on low carb diets. I'm giving "My Fitness Pal" a try because I finally bought a decent cell phone and found the app.

Portion control and calorie counts are something I never really concentrated on in the past. My goal is to someday soon surprise my daughter who is 25 by running a 5k with her.

Tired of feeling sluggish and determined to make this a way of life
