in my room i have little cut out papers with motivational sayings on them taped to my wall and i also have dry erase markers that i use to write on my mirror. right now i have my countdown to how many days are left in october for my monthly goal plus my favorite quote " nobody got anywhere making excuses" AND a list of things i want to change in my life. does anyone else relate?? :)

    I've thought about making a 120 link paper chain, and tearing a link for every pound lost. Just don;t have the time or expendable income for construction paper right now.

    I've a visual guy, that's why I love my ticker, and you will often see me be like, "omg 1/20th there!"

    Love the paper chain idea. I am stealing this ( and FYI you can use strips of printer paper or loose leaf also)

    Also if you're not already on Pinterest go there. You will never lack for motivational quotes/images again. You can always print them out and include them with what you're doing.

    Now that I look at it, not sure if it will motivate or demotivate, will give it a day or two and see if it ends up in the trash.
