Bridges at the gym?

I do them twice a week and our gym is pretty packed. Trust me that I'm not the type of person who likes attention. I was really shy the first time, but then I decided that I'm at the gym to workout and that's what I'm going to do. I just put my earbuds in, crank the music and block everyone else out. I'm not there for anyone but me.0

I think you'd have been okay doing them with the guys there. Real lifters can't pay attention to anything but the lift while they're doing it, or they risk injury. And guys who are just fooling around, if they hassle you, report 'em.
In other words, don't let fear of other people shape your gym workout. And good for you for being able to do bridges! I was very proud to get like an inch off the floor yesterday. I'm working my way up slowly0
