HELP!!!!

I just got a new stationary bike and a new jillian micheals ifit card to go with it...........jillian wants me to ride at 45, 50, 55 rpm.......well my bike doesn't have rpm. only mph! how do I know what my rpm is?????? all the figures I have found say to measure your bike wheel and blah blah blah.......I don't have a bike wheel on my stationary! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
