Hungry and Tired and Really Want to Overeat

I went to the gym last night to life and biked 11 miles in 30mph winds. Then I got up this morning and biked 5.5 mi to school in the wind again (it never blows the right way!) and will bike home, too. I AM SO TIRED. I've biked 52 mi this week (with a heavy bag) already and lifted 3 times. I am fricken tired.
I am going to an Oktoberfest celebration tonight with my boyfriend. I am driving so I can't eat drink a ton (thankfully), but I really not trying to gorge myself--maybe a brat and a pretzel. But man, I AM HUNGRY TODAY and BIKING WAS SO, SO HARD.
Mother gaia, I need some strength no to shove everything possible tonight down my throat.

Hey, you know what? The fact that you recognize how you're feeling right now is a huge step in preventing yourself from going overboard. Maybe eating some healthy snacks before you go will help keep your cravings in check, like some celery sticks with peanut butter or have a bag of baby carrots. Do you do free days? I know on occasion I give myself a free day and allow myself to go a bit over on cals. **** happens. Next day, you get your butt back up and eating healthy and back to the gym. You're gonna do good, and it's ok to enjoy some oktoberfest. I know I would in a heartbeat.0

I am doing a freebie tonight! But I just don't want to be like 1000 over because I am going apple picking and want an apple cider donut, too! I'm just really hungry tonight and drinking makes me want to eat EVERYTHIIIIING (partially because my stomach doesn't respond well to booze and food helps.0

If you don't already, eat your exercise calories. Biking 5 miles probably burned 200 calories, you should be a bit hungrier!0

this is great advice...and maybe throw some almonds or a handful of dried fruit in your purse in case you start getting hungry. And don't forget your water, or grab a green tea on your way there.0 -
I shall have two beers because they come with my ticket. They should pack a punch because I haven't had a drink in two week. Being the DD helps control how much I drink.0

Remember that you won't be nearly as hungry after you eat a brat and pretzel, which you've planned for, anyway. Eat a little something now since you're starving, though.0

I'm not afraid of going over as much as I am afraid of gorging. Somedays I am not hungry at all, but today I am crazy hungry.0
