Anybody with nutrition knowledge

Hi all, my name is Craig and I'm looking to expand my friends on MFP ideally you've got an understanding of food and nutrition. Looking for someone to bounce some ideas off. I've dropped atound 20 lbs another 12 ish to go and then I want to build up/define my body. My definition is just starting to show and it's great to see the hard work starting to pay off. I'm at the cross roads now of keeping up the cardio or switching to resistance. I love learning about wellbeing and feel good foods, so add me and let's chat :)
