Have a goal of 80 lbs to lose. :)

Anyone with similar goals?

18/Female! Started off somehow with a whopping 212 lbs on my 5"2 body.
Woke up one morning, decided to quit smoking (about 10 a day) and get my life back on track.
Down to 207 with a week counting calories and now I just started working out too that my breathing has gotten better.
Everyone should add me!! :D No matter age, gender or goal!

How are you all doing today and what are your goals and plans for the near future?! What made you decide to start?

    hello there and congrats on deciding to take charge of your life :drinker:
    i'm manoozo 21 years , and need to lose more like a 100 lbs:ohwell: ...a long way to go ,but at least i started:embarassed: ......as i've been a yoyo dieter, i found out about this site by total coincidence, one page to another led me here, to find all these wonderful dedicated friends, that i know god send them to give me hope again and support me in all ups and downs:flowerforyou: ....
    i hope you know you're not alone, and we all have the same goal here , and totaly here for each other :flowerforyou:

    Good for you! I'm new too! Hoping this is the support and motivation I need to stop making EXCUSES! I'm 28 and a stay at home mom of 2 under 3 years old. I'm in no way lazy, I'm quite active but I also love food and eat for all the wrong reasons. Trying to change my outlook on food. Praying I'll actually stick to a plan this time!
