How do you record a recipes?
I'm new to MFP. (Loving it!) I have recipes that my family has used for years. They are from memory, not a cookbook. What is the best way to record recipes and their nutritional values? I'm talking casseroles, meatloafs and soups. Someone help.

try this site. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp there you can input the whole recipe enter number of portions and it will calculate calories per portion as well as all nutritional info.0
