Lately I've been a few hundred calories over or a little under my goal on a day to day basis depending on work/social craziness. If I'm over one day then get a good workout in the next day, does that even out? From example, I went to happy hour after work today and was about 300 over, but tomorrow I'll be able to eat well and plan to do a long bike ride and then a 10k sunday.
I definitely haven't been sticking to my plan as well as I'd like, but I think overall I've been making positive changes and should've seen at least a 1 or 2 lb change in the past month, but the nothing is budging!

You are fine. Life is not lived in 24 hour vacuumns. As long as at the end of a few days or a week or so, it all evens out, you are good.0
