Give me the lowdown on coconut plz?

I'm starting to open my mind up to the idea not all saturated fats are bad (though I read some where that saturated fats turn into trans fat and trans fat gunk up your arteries). So I eat Dark Chocolate and I don't live in fear of dying when I do. But coconuts are a concern of mine. They are REALLY high in saturated fat, and the local grocery store knocks it's "NuVal" score in the 20's instead of the 90's like unsweetened almond milk (versus coconut milk). So can someone explain to me what's up with coconuts and why I shouldn't be so freaked out to eat/drink it?
