Hi everyone, I joined or logged in again today! This time for good. I really thought I could loss weight with out tracking my calories,etc. but it's not working this time. I need to do this to track my behavior to make my lifestyle changes stick. LOL I've lost weight and gotten into shape so many times before, but this time its seems much harder. I'm a stay at home mom of two now, and idk it just seems a lot harder??? Looking for support buddies and someone to keep me accountable :-) Wish me luck!!!
