Feeling sick?

I've been making sure to eat healthy, and working out good...
But my cousin gave me a little piece of chocolate and I took it and after two little pieces I felt sick, is that normal?

Another example, I went to eat some chips and after a few I started to feel like I was gonna puke and my tummy started to tighten x.x

    When you start to limit the amount of junk that you eat it's amazing how the old stuff affects you. Things these days taste SO sweet to me..even juice. I can't drink anything with sugar in it anymore. I used to think bakers chocolate was so bitter..but now it's great as a dip for my fruit :)

    If you've cut out a lot of grease and salt the chips are probably affecting you the same way. Try making your own chips by slicing potato/sweet potato really thin, tossing with a little oil or non stick spray and some seasonings then bake in the oven until crispy :) Much better for you and yummy too!
