I just started this year out with a personal trainer. He's asked that I keep a food journal- which led me here. So far, I'm pretty impressed with what this site can do. And I'm pretty happy about the *free* part.
I'm a mom of two, ages 6 and 3. I was in pretty good shape before my last pregnancy. Now, more than three years later and 20lbs heavier, I’ve grown tired of my own excuses! I’m motivated now but I know there are going to be days I won’t be. I’m looking forward to having a place to turn for answers and inspiration.
