Well I just wanted to pop on and introduce myself... I have been on about 4 days I think, and I am just getting to navigate around a bit now. I am super excited about this site! So far, I LOVE IT! I am also just finally starting to get used to how many calories in a day to actually drop weight... not easy but getting better
I am actually more concerned about my overall nutrition than the weight but what woman do you know that doesn't think they could stand to loose a lb or 2 or 10? lol Looking forward to maybe making some fitness buddies.
