Freezer meals!!

Hi everyone. I've decided to attempt the huge task of preparing every single meal, breakfast, lunch & dinner, for the entire month in one day and freezing them so I can either microwave and go or throw in the crock pot and be done with it. Healthy crock pot recipes are all over Pinterest and I've found plenty of great ones (although it was a tiny bit challenging to get some variety..they were mostly all chicken). However, freezer recipes for breakfast and lunch are a little harder to come by. And while dinner is cooking in the crock pot and I'm rushing around on the go, I'd like to be able to simply reheat my breakfast and lunch in the microwave, kind of like a homemade frozen meal for a fraction of the cost and without all the chemicals. Any ideas? :)

Do you like breakfast burritos? You can make a bunch of them and freeze them individually and just pop them in the microwave in the morning. I do the same with english muffin sandwiches. I put ham, egg, and cheese on an english muffin and freeze it.

You can cook anything and freeze it.

I cook 2-3 meals on Sunday and freeze them in small portions and just take two things out every morning, one for lunch and one for dinner. I have a nice little selection going on in my freezer, my fridge looks sad, but the freezer is nice! =P

I use to do the same thing with breakfast, but now I just make a protein shake at work using my little blender and have that.

Also... this is my fave site to get recipes from:

Try finding a healthy pancake recipe. You can freeze them in single servings (depending on how many servings your recipe makes).

This is brilliant. I wasn't sure if you could freeze cooked eggs but even better to have the sandwiches all set up and ready to go! Thanks for the tip.
