Setting New Goals

How or What process do you use to set a new goal?

I have recently reached my second workout goal and while I am not sure I need another one I am just wondering how other people decide what their next goal is will be?

I still have some weight to lose to reach my desired appearance but I try to stay away from setting number goals for weight as I just really want to feel better which includes, for me, looking better. Up to now my goals have been centered around obtaining fitness levels. I would love to hear what others do for some ideas and inspiration.
