Did you stay within your nutritional goals?Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 45 minutes on the Elliptical and an hour yoga class

What would I have done differently? Not eat all my exercise calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and the Y @ lunch

    Yes

    Yes and no (had to walk 50 minutes to make up for not being able to run for 30)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Stayed under my calories.

    What would I have done differently?
    Not too much.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories, get to the aerobics class, and try running again slowly.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Played Wii boxing last night and worked the heck out of my arms.

    What would I have done differently? I should have had something other then Dunkin Donuts for breakfast.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and work out on the treadclimber.

    What would I have done differently? not ate that cinnamon roll

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I stayed within my calorie goal but was over on protein and sodium.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I said no to dessert.

    What would I have done differently? Nothing

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ran 2 miles w/o passing out.

    What would I have done differently? Ran longer, I knew I had it in me but stopped just because I had hit my goal

    What is today's personal goals? stay within my calories & go another 2miles tonight.

    What would I have done differently? Run up and down the stairs to reach my goal

    No: 4 Oreos and an extra glass of wine were my downfall.

    Exercise Goal, Yes
    Nutrition goal, No: those d*** cookies! :grumble:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Took the stairs in my apt building after a 30 minute walk.

    What would I have done differently?
    Gotten an apple instead of going for the stupid cookies. Live & learn, I guess!

    Stay within my calories & make time for strength training.

    What would I have done differently? skipped the DQ malt and chips

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and do at least 10 minutes of some exercise
