Maintaining Exercise Goals on Weekdays

I have a few weaknesses I'm willing to admit to. As a teacher, it's easier for me to stick to my calorie goals during the workweek because my day is so insane that there is not one second to focus on snacks or cravings. Weekends are more challenging.
But for exercise it's vice versa. I will loyally do my jog or power yoga or class at the gym on days off. However, since my teaching day starts so early, it's impossible to get the workout in during the a.m. It has to wait until after work when I am positively exhausted and interested only in eating dinner and relaxing.
But no worthwhile exercise regimen can exist on weekends alone. And I'm just not one of those people who likes to exercise, not even when I like the way it makes me feel after (as in yoga). I've tried different things: tennis, kickboxing, jogging with the dog, etc. I'll do it, but I just don't like it. I wish I was one of those people.
Need strategies to get motivated!

Keep a unflattering or motivational pic of you in ur car so you see it when you get off work and want to go eat and sit at home.
Change into ur workout close when you get off work - ur already dressed for it might as well go work out instead of going home to eat and sit.
Or instead of an unflattering pic keep a goal picture in ur car where u'll see it when you get off work.
Set an alarm with a message of motivation for the time you get off work or some approximation there of0
