I just ran my first race - 10k

Today I ran 10k, been working out since the 2nd of Jan and have lost 4 stone 13 lbs (69 pounds).

I decided to do this 7 weeks ago to raise money for Brain Cancer research as my brother in law Gary was diagnosed with a brain tumor on his 44th birthday in June 2011 and has been fighting ever since.
