Looking for non-bake cereal bar/flapjack recipes

Hi there, was wondering if any of you have any flapjack or home made cereal bar recipes that do not require baking? We are currently without an oven but I love cereal bars for snack but would love even more to make my own, for variation and simply knowing what goes in them.
Ideally I am looking for low-.cal (or is that stating the obvious? lol) recipes ...

these look yummy. how would you work out cal, fat etc to put them in food diary?
I'm very bad with breakfast and would love something I could grab and eat in the car
