ADVICE: How do I count the calories burned?

I have been teaching a learn to swim program for 4th and 5th graders from 8:30am to 10:30am and 11:30am to 2pm. I have been in the water all those hours every day. I am not sure how to count the calories burned. I have been using light swimming/treading water for 3 to 4 hours. Does that sound like enough? Let me know what you think. Thanks

I go back and forth between these to sites to figure out calories burned. They are awesome sites to keep bookmarked. The first one takes a little getting used to. You need to click "Activity Calculator", then do an activity search. Once you pick your activity (and they have tons of activities to choose from. if I can't find the exact activity, I just choose the "walk type" that best matches the activity.) input your current weight and time, then click on "calculate." Hope this helps
