Best stats for protein shakes?

I was wondering what would be considered 'ideal' in the calorie counts, fats, carbs, sugars and obviously proteins? Any suggestions? Please no one who sells them, I'm looking for honesty, maybe one of y'all have researched this topic.
Background info- I've lost almost 50 lbs this year, workout 4-6 times a week, cardio and strength each. I want to build a little more muscle mass, but not bulk up so much that I look like a body builder, haha.
Currently, I am using body tech pro 24. I mix it with 1% milk.
Thanks in advance.
