Went over limit once, gained 700g!

Hey everyone!

I've been on MFP for nearly a month now and lost just over 9 pounds now (4kg), so really happy! :) I've also started noticing a little bit of change so that's good.

However, guess this is my first "bump" on the road - went out for some food and a film with friends and ended up doing nearly 3 times my calorie limit. Then did my usual gym cardio session the next day and weighed myself today and found out that I've gained 700g!

Was just shocked how much one day could change. I know it's not muscle, because I don't do much weights.

Think it's time to double my calorie burning goal for the rest of the journey now! Gonna try burn this 1.4kg off by the time we head to Italy the Monday after next!

So, how do you get yourself "back on track"? :D
