Why am I not losing weight

I would also suggest a heart rate monitor so you know exactly how much you are burning. Don't trust the elliptical machine read out - you may unknowingly be over eating.
There is also the chance that your body is at it's comfortable healthy weight. I don't think I say your height / weight listed anywhere. If that is the case - it might take 6 months to lose 10 lbs - IF your body can even lose it. And in that long of a time you are going to be putting on muscle weight... so, 7 lbs and 3 sizes since last May, depending on your starting size - could be spot on. Be sure to evaluate if your weight loss goals are realistic. If you are within your healthy BMI you may want to focus strictly on the inches.
It also may have to do with when you weigh yourself. There is fluctuation and if you weigh once before eating and once after eating but before using the bathroom - you may THINK you have not lost any weight.0
