"The Pouch"

Okay so everyone knows about "The Pouch", that lower abdominal fat that is a pain to get rid of. Since I have begun working out I have lost about 65 pounds and do not feel that I need to lose any more weight, however, I have been killing it on the diet and in the gym to get my BF % down as low as I can. I am pretty content with the rest of my size at this point but I cannot get that last little bit of pouch to flatten out to give me that extreme lean shape around the midsection. For all you body building fanatics out there or those of you who have mastered the technique on how to get rid of this area lets hear it...I am all ears and pouch....Please include workout styles, dieting tips to include what percentages of of your macronutrients you are using. currently I am on a 42.5/42.5/15. Thanks for any responses.
