My goal weight was fine, but I got a much better body composition after reaching that goal, without much change on the scale.
I strength training so much.
This. I hit my goal (to lose 100), and didn't plan to lose any more, but my body thought otherwise. I've lost about a pound a month since hitting my goal, but my body has changed in so many ways that the scale doesn't show.0
