Pampered Chef Roasting Pan

Does anyone have this roasting pan from the stoneware line? I have one and LOVE it. I put a whole bag of frozen chicken breasts in and bake it with Italian dressing drizzled over it all, soy sauce, etc. I've tried lots of different things for variety. I was just wondering if anyone else has some simple but yummy and low fat recipes they use with the roasting pan.

    I don't have Pampered Chef brand, but have a few stones and pieces of cookware. LOVE them! From the even cooking, to not having to use oils/sprays to easy clean up. They are awesome.
