I dont actually know what a caliper is but i think i need one, I want to increase in muscle tone and loose body fat and i think i need this to do it ? Or to know that ive done it ?? lol

It's an instrument used to measure bodyfat. However you'll need someone else to take the measurements as trying to do it yourself you won't get an accurate read. And accuracy is entirely dependent on the skill of the person taking the measurements.

Most personal trainers will do it for free or for a small fee.
