Losing, or at least I believe so

I've lost a bit more than 20 pounds or so my scales say and while a feel a bit different ( not nearly as fatigued or anything ) i don't really look any different or anything. Is this right?

You may not think you look different, but I am sure other people have noticed your weight loss, but they perhaps have not said anything to you. Do your clothes fit differently? Maybe that's where you can see a difference.0

Make sure you're taking before and after pictures. It will show you a difference.
Many women find that strength training is the best exercise. You can lose weight and still be "flabby" -- many people find that with strength training and weight training, they may even GAIN weight but their body composition is different (smaller, tighter).0 -

Yea my belt doesn't hold my pants up very well anymore. I'm just impatient and want to see the results. Oh well will just have to contain0

If you have a lot to lose it may not be too noticeable for awhile. I have to lose 30-40 pounds before it's very noticeable. Doesn't mean it's not working though.0
